Shipping & Returns

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after your order has arrived as long as they meet the following criteria:

Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. (For hygiene purposes, kindly use underwear when trying on your order).
Returns will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued if items have marks or stains of any kind (including make-up, fake tan or deodorant marks).
Items must not contain any sign of perfume, smoke or pet hair.
Products must be returned along with the original polybag packaging.
Please ensure that the item you are returning matches the correct barcode on the polybag packaging.
