All of our Hats are one size, unisex and fully adjustable. Fitting between a 53cm - 57cm Using a discreet velcro fastening tucked under the inner band. Simply lift up the band, pull the velcro to the correct circumference and fold back down. It's neat and adjusts the inner band fully to your correct head size, without distorting the hat. Upon purchasing, each and every item is hand finished by Flo herself, including all stitching and accessorising, so please allow 1-3 days from purchasing for your hat to be made and sent. You will receive an update when your item has been despatched.

RETURNS

14 Days to Return

We want you to love your Shaded hat no matter what, so if you find yourself needing another size, style or simply changed your mind, we will happily accept returns or exchange on all full priced items received within 14 days. Any returns made after this time will not be accepted.

We ask you to please be mindful when choosing your new Shaded hat. We're more than happy to help- simply get in touch if you're in need of any styling advice, to help you reach a decision you're happy with.

All returns must be within 14 days of receiving order and in original condition, unworn and with labels still attached, to be accepted.

Because of the hat’s delicate shape, please return in all original packaging and protection to ensure your hat doesn’t get damaged in transit.
