If you do need to exchange any items you can do so at any point within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in their original state on receipt of returned item. (Hygiene liner intact). For reasons of hygiene, without a hygiene liner we are unable to accept your return and exchange the item.

We will email you an exchange/returns form and returns address and posting instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns unless exchange, for refunds it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped so no damage can be caused to the item and the exchange form must be enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Please note if the above conditions are not met we are sadly unable to process your return or refund you.
